Brennan Hall Countertenor

I don’t remember exactly when I met Brennan Hall, but I made a couple of different audition recordings for him. It is always a pleasure to work with such a talented person. He is in New York now and I follow him on FaceBook. He seems to be doing very well in the world of music.

About the time time I met Brennan I had just gotten the Nikon D800 for shooting Recital and Audition Videos. I was looking for opportunities to sharpen my skills with portraiture. I asked Brennan if he would let me take some pictures on campus and he was kind enough to say yes. It was a nice day for shooting and an excellent day for fill flash. It takes a bit of skill to use flash outdoors in daylight and blend the light to the point where it doesn’t look like a photo taken with a flash.

I just noticed (02/23/2018) on his website BrennanHallCounterTenor.com that one of the photos in the slider on his Home Page is a photograph I took of him. That’s pretty cool.
